Description of walk route, difficulty level: Start at Speare Memorial Hospital, turn left onto Highland St to Old Ward Bridge Rd.  Follow Old Ward Bridge Rd. past schools and behind high school to Merrill
St.  Take Merril St. to Main St.  Follow Main St. south to Highland St. and back to hospital.

Difficulty level: Moderate. Entire walk is on sidewalk, with both uphill
and downhill intervals
