Description of walk route, difficulty level: Teachers and students will walk around the school grounds 4 times, which is 1 mile

(Assume that it will take about 30 minutes to walk one mile.)

Estimated number of participants: 50

Description of walk route, difficulty level: Teachers, students and volunteers will meet at the front of the school building and then proceed to the cross country trail.  Students will also be recording their steps during the school week while wearing school issued pedometers.
