Relay 2007

In the spring of 2007, Walk NH organizers and partners planned a 225-mile trek across the state in a 16-day relay.

1,536 Walk NH Relay participants walked a total of 3,552 miles!

Financial support for Walk NH Relay 2007 provided by Shaw's Supermarkets, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare Foundation, HNHfoundation, NH Local Government Center, and NH Hospital Association.  The Foundation for Healthy Communities is a statewide non-profit organization that works to improve health and health care delivery in New Hampshire.
