Manchester Walk - October 31, 2005  
More than 100 kids from Beech Street School and the YMCA daycare gathered at Valley Cemetery for a Halloween event. Manchester's mounted police officers escorted the group on the walk from the school to the cemetery. Mayor Baines was there to greet the children and introduce Dr. Lynch, who explained how all the kids can sign up for Walk New Hampshire. TV crews were there, too, to talk to Dr. Lynch about the program. The whole group got a history tour of the cemetery and walked 1.1 miles back to Beech Street School.
